Gledam malo volvospeed i gore spomenutu problematiku, pa ljudi spominju par metoda:

a) power flush - koristi se nekakav uredjaj, potrosi se 16L ATFa, ljudi pisu da je metoda podosta agresivna i da nije bas najsretnije rjesenje
b) "malo manje agresivan" flush - ispustanje starog/doljevanje novog ulja dok motor radi
c) ispustanje dijela ulja sa ugasenim motorom (ispusti se 1/4 ako sam dobro skuzio), doljevanje friskog koliko je iscurilo, te voznja par dana nakon cega se proces ponovi. Isto se ponavlja dok ne pocne izlazit cisto crvena tekucina

Jel se netko zabavljao sa time? Zanimljivo je da nitko ne spominje izmjenu filtera :?

A ovo sa 16 L ulja :roll: :?:

Ako sam dobro skuzio, valjda se 3/4 od tih 16L potrosi samo na ciscenje... :?

Changing oil
Note! Use only automatic transmission fluid which fulfills both Dexron II E and Ford Mercon standards. Avoid skin contact with transmission fluid.
Preparations
The oil should be changed only in the following instances:
When the on-board diagnostic system (OBD system) has recorded that oil temperature is too high (diagnostic trouble code (DTC) 2-3-5).
When the oil smells burnt, is discolored and no diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored. For example due to hard and intensive use.
On cars used in continuous taxi service and or used to haul a trailer or caravan for most of its mileage, the oil should be changed at a service interval of 75 000 km.
Warning! The oil may be very hot if the car has just been driven. Avoid skin contact.
Draining

Remove splash guard under engine.
Remove drain plug and drain oil from the transmission.
Installing oil pan plug
Reinstall oil pan plug with a new seal.
Tighten to: 40 Nm (29.5 lb.ft) .
Reinstall protective cover.
Remove:
Battery
Battery shelf


Remove return hose on the control system cover.
Plug the connector on the cover.
Install a transparent plastic hose on the oil return hose connector.
Place a container beneath the hose to catch the oil.
Temporarily replace battery tray and battery.
Base filling
Set the parking brake. Move the gear selector to position P. Add approximately 2 liters of oil.
Start the engine and let it idle.
Turn the engine off when air bubbles start to become visible in the hose.
Add approximately 2 liters of oil.
Start the engine again and idle it.
Turn the engine off when air bubbles start to become visible in the hose.
Remove battery and battery shelf. Remove hose from connector.
Reinstall oil return hose to transmission cover. Reinstall battery tray. Reinstall battery.

Add approximately 2 liters of oil.
Set parking brake
Start engine and idle it, move the gear selector through all positions, stopping in each position for 4-5 seconds.

Move the gear selector to position P with the engine running.
Wait 2 minutes, then check oil level
Top up if necessary. The transmission holds 7.6 ±0.25 liters (MAX, MIN).
Shut off the engine
Erasing diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)

Kako ide izmjena na rucnim mjenjacima? Interval i to? Malo OT ali nema smisla otvarat novu temu za to...
